Description

Type III Collagen is a major collagen found in human skin, fascia, and tendons, with a ratio of 4:1 compared to Type I collagen. Being finer in structure, Type III collagen is located between the epidermis and dermis layers and is referred to as "baby collagen" due to its high content of up to 80% during infancy. It is a crucial protein for maintaining skin elasticity. The micro-collagen layer, mainly composed of Type III collagen, is the structural tissue between the epidermis and dermis, serving as the key support for the epidermis and marking the first stage of skin sagging. The human body cannot synthesize Type III collagen on its own.

The Recombinant Human Type III Collagen Fragment is produced through genetic recombination technology, expressed via fermentation in E. coli, and purified using multiple separation techniques to obtain high-purity, low-endotoxin human-like Type III collagen.
