Experimental Information: Target fragment 1,100 bp

Fig. 8 10167 amplifies 1.1 kb E. coli colonies, gene source: Methanobrevibacter smithii (GC 30%), high detection rate, high band brightness, better performance than competitors, correct sequencing results. Extension time is 15 sec/kb. Number of cycles: 30 cycles.
