Description
2×Hieff™ HotStart PCR Genotyping Master Mix (With Dye) is a ready-to-use PCR pre-mixed solution containing Hieff™ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system. It simplifies experimental procedures significantly by requiring only the addition of primers and template for amplification, enabling high-throughput operations and improving reproducibility of experimental results. Hieff™ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase is a ligand-modified thermostable Taq DNA Polymerase whose activity is modulated with temperature changes. Its enzyme activity is completely blocked at room temperature and released upon heating at 95°C. Activation of Hieff™ HotStart DNA Polymerase requires only 2-3 minutes and is compatible with existing PCR programs. This product prevents non-specific amplification during sample preparation and temperature cycling stages, making it effective for genotyping experiments.
