dNTP Mix is a premixed solution of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each with a concentration of 25 mmol/L, suitable for various conventional molecular biology, such as PCR amplification, real-time PCR, cDNA or general DNA synthesis, DNA sequencing and labeling study experiment. dNTP Mix is prepared with ultrapure water, adjusted to pH value of 7.0 with high-purity NaOH solution and the purity of was ≥99% (HPLC). There was no DNase, RNase and phosphatase in dNTP Mix.
