Description

dUTP, or 2 '-deoxyuridine 5'-triphosphate, is commonly used in PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR and RT-qPCR to replace dTTP, so that the product of amplification contains uracil. When the UDG is added to the amplification reaction system, the uracil of any contaminated amplification products can be removed, so as to avoid the false positive.
This product is in the form of solution sodium salt, prepared with ultrapure water, and adjusted to pH value of 7.0 with high-purity NaOH solution, with a concentration of 100 mmol/L.
The purity of dUTP was ≥99% (HPLC), and there was no DNase and RNase pollution. This product is ready to use and can be directly used in PCR and other conventional molecular biological reactions.
