Description

The GoldBand™ Full-Scale DNA Ladder consists of twenty double-stranded DNA fragments (12,000 bp, 8,000 bp, 6,000 bp, 5,000 bp, 4,000 bp, 3,000 bp, 2,500 bp, 2,000 bp, 1,500 bp, 1,200 bp, 1,000 bp, 900 bp, 800 bp, 700 bp, 600 bp, 500 bp, 400 bp, 300 bp, 200 bp, 100 bp). Since this product is premixed with 1× loading buffer, it can be used in agarose gel electrophoresis directly. The reference bands are 500 bp, 1,000 bp, and 3,000 bp, with a concentration of 60 ng/5 μL. The concentration of the other bands is 20 ng/5 μL. This product is suitable for the analysis of DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
