Description
The GoldBand™ 500 bp DNA Ladder consists of eight double-stranded DNA fragments (500 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,500 bp, 2,000 bp, 2,500 bp, 3,000 bp, 4,000 bp, 5,000 bp). Since this product is premixed with 1× loading buffer, it can be used in agarose gel electrophoresis directly. The reference band is 2,500 with a concentration of 100 ng/5 μL. The concentration of the other bands is 40 ng/5 μL. This product is suitable for the analysis of DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

Storage
The products should be stored at 2~8℃ for six months; 25~-15℃ for 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing.
