Figure 1. Cap Cy5-labeled mRNA can be used for intracellular localization analysis.  We applied SM102 LNP to deliver Cy5-LZCap capped mRNA into Huh7 cells,  the labeled mRNAs aggregated in the cell which could be readily visualized by confocal microscopy, and over time, Cy5-labeled mRNA gradually co-localized with lysosomes

Figure 2. Cap Cy5-labeled mRNA was used for cell delivery efficiency test in 293T cells. Quantitative results from flow cytometry showed the percentages of Cy5 specific 293T cells at 1h (A) and 4h (B) post transfection compared to control cells.
