Libraries were prepared using Cat#12948 protocol ,10 pg the ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community DNA Standard (Zymo Research #D6306). The stability of the reagent was evaluated by using 12948 amplification 10 pgDNA template (within 500 pairs of primers) at different storage temperatures.
