Description

This product is compatible with reverse transcription system, and the GC content of amplicon can cover the range of 25-75%. It has the characteristics of high uniformity, high specificity and high sensitivity. Libraries were prepared using Cat#12950protocol ,To evaluate the detection of DNA and RNA species with100 copies/T RNA Virus Standard and 10 pg the ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community DNA Standard (Zymo Research #D6306). The results show that the performance of 12950 is better than other suppliers.
