Description
The Hieff NGS TMC37P3 ds-cDNA Synthesis Kit (gDNA digester plus) is a cDNA synthesis kit for RNA sequencing libraries for the Illumina TM/MGI TM sequencing platforms, which includes gDNA removal reagents, RNA reverse transcription reagents, and ds-cDNA synthesis reagents. All reagents provided in this kit have undergone strict quality control and functional validation to ensure the stability and reproducibility of library construction to the greatest extent.

Fast: Rapid cDNA Synthesis. No purification of the second-strand product. gDNA digester and cDNA synthesis only takes 92 minutes.
Compatible: Compatible with 100 pg - 10 ng total RNA, as well as nucleic acids co-extracted from DNA and RNA.
