Description
T4 DNA Polymerase catalyzes the synthesis of DNA in the 5'-3' direction and requires the presence of templates and primers, and T4 DNA Polymerase has 3'→5' exonuclease activity, but does not have 5'→3' exonuclease activity.

Unit definitions
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 10 nmol of dNTP into polynucleotides in 30 minutes at 37°C.
Product application
T4 DNA Polymerase can be used as followed:
1.Catalyze the blunt ends of the 5' or 3' protruding ends of DNA.
2.Labeled DNA probe synthesis by displacement reaction.
3.Synthesis of the second chain during fixed-point mutation.
4.Cloning of PCR products that do not depend on ligation reactions.
