Description
UDG (uracil DNA glycosylase) can catalyze the hydrolysis of the N-glycosidic link between the uracil base and the sugar-phosphate backbone in ssDNA and dsDNA, it has no catalytic activity in RNA.
This product has been processed by the UCF.ME™ ultra-low residue process, and its residual DNA contamination of E. coli is extremely low, which is suitable for applications with stricter requirements for background bacteria and higher performance demands, such as the development of real-time quantitative PCR systems that support the pre-mixing of primers and probes.
Features
l Ultra-low residual of UCF.ME™ —E. coli genomic DNA residue <0.1 copies/ 100 U;
l Low nuclease residue—No residual exonuclease, nicking enzyme, or RNase;
l Strong digestion capability—0.05 U/T can digest 105 copies/T dU-DNA products;
l Compatible with RT-qPCR reaction systems—No impact on the detection system even at high input levels (2 U/20 μL reaction system).
l Super stability: All components of the qPCR system except the template were combined and incubated at 37 °C for 7 days without compromising performance.
