Description

UCF.ME™ Murine RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant mouse-derived RNase inhibitor expressed and purified in a soluble form from E. coli. It has the ability to broadly inhibit various types of RNases, including RNase A, B, and C. This product has been tested with RT-PCR and RT-qPCR and is found to be compatible with conventional reverse transcriptases and a variety of DNA polymerases. Compared to human-derived RNase inhibitors, Yeasen UCF.ME® Murine RNase Inhibitor lacks the two cysteine residues that are highly sensitive to oxidation in human proteins, thus offering higher antioxidant activity. It is particularly suitable for experiments sensitive to high DTT concentrations, such as qPCR.

Furthermore, compared to conventional RNase inhibitors (Cat#10603ES), UCF.ME™ Murine RNase Inhibitor exhibits lower residual levels of host genomic DNA, which aids in addressing background bacterial interference in pathogen detection and enhances the accuracy of detection.

Features

1.Ultra-low Residual: E. coli DNA residue level < 0.1 copies/100 U, suitable for applications with more stringent background bacterial requirements.

2.Broad-spectrum RNase inhibitory activity: Capable of inhibiting RNases including RNase A, RNase B, RNase C, and others.

3.Compatible with a wide range of reaction conditions: Active under pH conditions from 5.0 to 9.0 and temperatures from 25°C to 60°C, suitable for thermophilic reverse transcriptases.

4.Compatible with a broad spectrum of downstream experiments: No impact on the enzymatic activity of SP6, T7, or T3 RNA polymerases, AMV, M-MLV reverse transcriptases, and Taq DNA polymerases.

5.Batch-to-batch stability: The UCF.ME™ ultra-clean molecular enzyme production platform, with strict quality control, ensures the uniformity, stability, and timely supply of the product.

Instructions

1. The recommended amount to add in a 20 μL system is 40 units (U), and the input quantity can be adjusted based on the actual results.

2. Incubate at 42℃ for 45 min, and inactivate the reaction by heating at 85℃ for 5 min.

Notes

1. The product works in a wide pH range and exhibits maximal inhibitory activity at pH 7~8.

2. Please handle the product gently to avoid inactivation.

3. This product does not inhibit RNase H.

4. For your safety and health, please wear lab coats and disposable gloves for operation.

02 E. coli genomic DNA residue is less than 0.1 copies/100 U, significantly lower than the conventional version.

Conducting host (E.coli) genomic DNA residue detection on different batches of UCF.ME® Murine RNase Inhibitor and comparing it with the host residue levels of conventional Murine RNase inhibitors, the results show that the host genomic DNA residue of UCF.ME® Murine RNase Inhibitor is below 0.1 copies/100 U, significantly lower than that of the conventional version.

03 The RNase inhibitory capability is significantly superior to that of imported brands.

Using Total RNA as a template, the RT-qPCR reaction was conducted using the Hifair® V Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (UDG Plus) (Cat#13650ES) to verify the RNaseA digestion capability of UCF.ME® Murine RNase Inhibitor. The results indicated that the inhibitory effect of Yeasen UCF.ME® MRI on RNaseA is significantly superior to that of similar international competitive products.
