Description
Hieff Unicon™ Pro Universal TaqMan qPCR Master Mix (UDG plus) is a fluorescent quantitative qPCR reagent that uses the company's next-generation antibody method to heat start Taq enzyme. The 2x TaqMan qPCR Mix pre mixed reagent includes reaction buffer and enzyme mix, already containing Mg2+ and dNTP, and adding factors that effectively inhibit non-specific PCR amplification and improve the efficiency of multiple qPCR reactions, which can ensure primer efficiency while conducting up to four reactions. This product contains UDG enzyme, which can effectively prevent the risk of aerosol pollution.
