Description
The LAMP Probe Assay Kit (Bst Plus HSS) is a reagent designed for LAMP amplification using DNA as a template. It utilizes the next-generation Bst DNA Polymerase combined with an optimized buffer system to achieve highly sensitive amplification with excellent specificity. The buffer in this product does not contain nucleic acid dyes, making it suitable for probe-based detection. For fluorescence-based methods, additional dye needs to be added.
