Description
The MolPure™ Blood/Cell/Tissue/Bacteria DNA Fast Kit utilizes a unique lysis buffer to rapidly lyse cells, employing a silica membrane centrifuge column to specifically adsorb DNA, eliminating the need for toxic reagents such as phenol-chloroform and avoiding time-consuming alcohol precipitation, thereby maximizing the removal of proteins and other inhibitory impurities. Suitable for the efficient extraction of genomic DNA from various materials (whole blood, animal tissue cells, mouse tails, Escherichia coli, etc.). The extracted DNA can be directly used for experiments such as enzyme digestion, PCR, Southern Blot, and virus detection.
Features
1. Easy purification of high-quality DNA from whole blood, animal tissue and cells, mouse tails, Escherichia coli, etc..
2. High-quality DNA is eluted with DNA Elution Buffer or water. DNA is especially well suited for PCR and other downstream applications. A260/A280>1.8.
3. Capable of recovering genomic DNA up to and above 40 kb. In most instances, mitochondrial DNA and viral DNA (if present) will also be recovered.
4. Suitable for 5～20 mg animal tissue, 0.5～1 cm rat/mouse tail material, 5×106 cultured cells,200 μL of fresh, frozen, or anticoagulated blood, 5-20 μL birds blood,0.5-2 mL of cultured Bacterial suspension.
Applications
Eluted, inhibitor-free DNA is ideal for PCR, endonuclease digestion, bisulfite conversion/methylation detection, sequencing, genotyping, etc.
