Description

The MolPure™ Fungal DNA Kit is suitable for extracting genomic DNA from 100 mg of fresh or 20 mg of dried fungal tissue within 30 minutes. The silica matrix material used in the centrifuge adsorption column is a proprietary new material from our company, which, combined with our unique buffer formulation, can maximize the removal of cellular metabolites, proteins, and other impurities. The extracted DNA has high purity and stable, reliable quality, making it suitable for various downstream applications such as restriction digestion, PCR, library construction, and more.

2. Capable of recovering genomic DNA sized fragments from up to and above 40 kb.

3. 100 mg of fresh or 20 mg of dried fungal tissue within 30 minutes.
