Description
Cleavage Control Protein (Enterokinase) is a fusion protein composed of two specific protein sequences connected by the DDDDK (enterokinase recognition and cleavage site), with an overall molecular weight of approximately 64.6kDa. This product is efficiently recombinantly expressed by E. coli and can be specifically cleaved by enterokinase into two independent protein fragments, with molecular weights of approximately 27.9kDa and 36.6kDa, respectively. As a substrate for enterokinase, it can be used for semi-quantitative or qualitative enzymatic activity detection of recombinant or natural enterokinase, thus providing convenience for related research and applications.
Additionally, Yeasen also provides Recombinant Bovine Enterokinase, His, Expressed in Yeast (Cat#20395ES)
