Description
Endo H is a recombinant glycosidase that can cleave the core structure of high-mannose and some hybrid oligosaccharides in N-glycoproteins, removing the N-linked high-mannose from glycoproteins. Endo H is cloned from the corrugated actinomycete (Streptomyces plicatus) and recombinantly expressed in yeast. This product is tagged with His and is commonly used for complete deglycosylation of antibodies and related proteins.
Feature
High purity—No protease, glycosidase contamination, purity ≥95%.
