Description
HA Tag Peptide is a synthetic peptide. The amino acid sequence is YPYDVPDYA. The erythrocyte lectin surface antigen determinant derived from influenza virus is identical with the HA amino acid sequence in the HA-Tag fusion protein. Easy to detect by Anti-HA antibody and ELISA. It is used to competitively bind anti-HA antibodies in immunoassay assay. The binding of HA Tag peptides to antibodies is specific; therefore, HA Tag peptides are a mild, ideal reagent for elution of HA fusion proteins bound to anti-HA monoclonal antibodies.
The recommended working concentration of HA Tag peptides for elution of HA-Tag fusion proteins is 100-400 μg/mL.
