Description
DM1, also known as maytansine, is a microtubulin inhibitor, potentially conjugated with monoclonal antibodies to form antibody-drug conjugates(ADCs). DM1 as the toxin component of ADCs, exhibits strong anti-tumor activity by inhibiting cell division and inducing apoptosis.
