Description
MMAE, or monomethyl auristatin E, is a potent cytotoxic agent commonly used in the development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for targeted cancer therapy. It is an antimitotic agent which inhibits cell division by blocking the polymerization of tubulin.
