Description
Monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) is a synthetic peptide analog of the natural compound dolastatin 10. MMAF is a microtubule inhibitor, disrupts the formation of microtubules. MMAF is often used in conjunction with monoclonal antibodies as part of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy.
