Description
Hieff Trans™ mRNA Transfection Reagent is a cationic polymer transfection reagent specifically designed for mRNA cellular transfection, which exhibits high transfection efficiency for routine cells, primary cells, and neural cells. Its unique formulation allows it to be directly added to the culture medium without the serum affecting the transfection efficiency, thus reducing the damage to cells caused by serum removal. There is no need to remove nucleic acid-transfection reagent complexes or change to fresh culture medium after transfection, and fresh culture medium can also be replaced based on the nutritional status of the cells after 4-6 hours.
Features
High transfection efficiency: Capable of achieving high transfection efficiency in difficult-to-transfect cell lines, including primary and immune cells.
High versatility: Compatible with serum.
Low cytotoxicity.
Applications
mRNA drug development
Gene function research
CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing
