Description
Coelenterazine native, a substrate for the action of various luciferase enzymes such as Renilla luciferase and Gaussia luciferase, and a cofactor for jellyfish luminescent proteins, has a very wide range of applications, and is used for the detection of calcium ion concentrations in living cells, gene reporter analysis, BRET studies, ELISA, HTS and chemiluminescence detection of ROS levels in tissues or cells.
