Description

Y-27632 dihydrochloride (also known as Y27632 dihydrochloride, Y 27632 dihydrochloride, Y27632 2HCl) is a potent, selective, ATP-competitive ROCK inhibitor that acts on ROCK1 (p160ROCK) (Ki=140 nM) and ROCK-II (IC50=800 nM) and inhibits PRK2 activity. Y-27632 acts on human embryonic stem cells (hES) to significantly reduce apoptosis induced by cell isolation and improve cloning efficiency. Y-27632 can also promote the proliferation of human corneal epithelial cells cultured in vitro.
