Description

Y-27632 (Y27632, Y 27632) is a potent, selective, ATP-competitive ROCK inhibitor, acts on ROCK1 (p160ROCK) (Ki=140 nM) and ROCK-II (IC50=800 nM), and inhibits PRK2 activity. The effect of Y-27632 on human embryonic stem cells (hES) significantly reduces cell separation-induced apoptosis and improves the efficiency of clone formation. Y-27632 can also promote the proliferation of human corneal epithelial cells cultured in vitro.
