Mouse IL-17A Protein is expressed from HEK293 without tag. It contains Ala26-Ala158.

Biological Activity

Measured by its ability to induce IL-6 secretion by NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The EC50 for this effect is 0.12-1.25 ng/mL.

Formulation

Dissolved in sterile PBS buffer.

This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers. Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
