Description
Interleukin-12 (IL-12) is a potent regulator of cell-mediated immune responses, inducing the production of IFN-γ by NK and T cells.IL12 is produced by activated monocytes/macrophages, B-lymphocytes, and connective tissue-type mast cells. Among its biological activities, IL-12 promotes the growth and activity of activated NK, CD4+, and CD8+ cells and induces the development of IFN-γ-producing Th1 cells.
Recombinant Human IL-12 is a disulfide-linked p35 subunit and p40 subunit. This Recombinant Human IL-12 is supplied as a lyophilized powder with high activity, high purity, low endotoxin, and no redundant labeling.

Storage
