Description
Interleukin-13 (IL-13) is an immunomodulatory cytokine produced primarily by activated Th2 cells, as well as mast cells and NK cells.IL-13 has anti-inflammatory effects on monocytes and macrophages and inhibits the expression of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8.IL-13 can also enhance B cell proliferation and induce isotype conversion, thereby increasing IgE production.
This recombinant human IL-13 is supplied as Lyophilized powder with high activity, high purity, low endotoxin, and NO labeling.
