Description
Interleukin 2 (IL-2) is a potent immunomodulatory lymphokine produced by T cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimuli.IL-2/IL-2R signaling is required for T cell proliferation and other essential functions necessary for immune response.IL-2 stimulates B cell, NK cell, lymphokine-activated killer cell, monocyte, macrophage and oligodendrocyte growth and differentiation.IL-2 is used in the field of cell and gene therapy to promote the proliferation and differentiation of CAR-T cells, TCR-T cells, regulatory T cells, TIL cells, NK cells and CIK cells.
This recombinant human IL-2, supplied as Lyophilized powder, is highly active, highly pure, low endotoxin, and NO labeled.

Shipping and Storage

Compounding method
Use NO bacterial deionized water to reconstitute lyophilized proteins. It is recommended that proteins be divided for first use to avoid repeated freeze-thawing.
