Human sCD40 Ligand, also known as soluble CD40 Ligand protein, is a protein produced by activated T cells. It plays a crucial role in the immune response by binding to its receptor, CD40, which is expressed on the surface of B cells, dendritic cells, and other immune cells.

Formulation

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered concentrated solution in PBS.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Dissolve lyophilized protein with PBS. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Storage

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
