Product Description
GM-CSF (Granulocyte Crop Colony Stimulating Factor) is a cytokine that belongs to the family of colony-stimulating factors. It plays an important role in immune regulation, hematopoiesis, and inflammatory processes. GM-CSF is mainly produced by various cells, including macrophages, T cells, B cells, and fibroblasts. It can stimulate the proliferation, differentiation, and functional activation of granulocytes and monocytes in the hematopoietic cell series. GM-CSF can promote the differentiation of pluripotent stem cells into granulocytes and monocytes in the bone marrow, increase the number of white blood cells, and enhance their function, thereby enhancing the body's immune response and anti infection ability. In addition, GM-CSF plays an important regulatory role in the activation and antimicrobial activity of macrophages and dendritic cells. In clinical practice, GM-CSF is widely used to treat complications related to bone marrow transplantation, malignant tumors, and immune deficiencies. It is also used as a tool in laboratory research to explore the regulatory mechanisms of hematopoietic and immune systems, as well as to develop new therapeutic strategies.
This recombinant human GM-CSF is provided in freeze-dried powder form, with high activity, high purity, low endotoxin, and no additional labels.

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3-6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
