Description
R-Spondin-1 (Rspo-1) belongs to the (Rspo) family of Wnt regulators. Currently, the family consists of four structurally related secreted ligands (Rspo 1-4), all of which contain a Frizzled-like structural domain and a platelet-responsive protein structural domain.Rspo-1 is expressed in certain regions of the developing central nervous system, as well as the adrenal glands, ovaries, testes, thyroid gland, and trachea.Rspo can interact with the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in a manner that stimulates the Frizzled/LRP6 receptor complex interaction. With the expanding field of organoids, R-Spondin 1 is widely used in organoid cell cultures as an essential component to promote growth and survival of 3D organoids..

Compounding Methods
