Description

CD2-like receptor activating cytotoxic cells (CRACC), also known as CS1, SLAMF7, and CD319, is a 65-75 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the SLAM subgroup of the CD2 family. Within the ECD, human CRACC shares 54% and 52% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CRACC, respectively. There are seven known isoforms of CRACC which are distinguished by deletions and/or substitutions in both their ECD and cytoplasmic domains. CRACC is expressed on the surface of NK cells, CD8+ T cells, activated B cells, and mature dendritic cells.

Specifications

Synonyms

CD2 subset 1, CRACC, CD319, CS1, Novel Ly9, SLAMF7, 19A, FOAP-12

Uniprot No.

Q9NQ25-1

Source

HEK293 Cells-derived Human SLAMF7 / CRACC / CD319 Protein, Ser23-Met226 with hFc tag at the C-terminal

Molecular Weight

Approximately 49.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Physical Appearance

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human SLAMF7, hFc Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-SLAMF7 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 7.3 ng/mL determined by ELISA.

Endotoxin

< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Storage

The product should be stored at -20~-80℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3-6 months, -20~-80℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Note

1. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

2. Please operate with lab coats and disposable gloves, for your safety.

3. This product is for research use only.
