Description
VEGFR2 (KDR/Flk-1), VEGFR1 (Flt-1) and VEGFR3 (Flt-4) belong to the class III subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs).
Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for VEGFA, VEGFB and PGF, and plays an essential role in the development of embryonic vasculature, the regulation of angiogenesis, cell survival, cell migration, macrophage function, chemotaxis, and cancer cell invasion. The tyrosine kinase receptor vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) is a key regulator of angiogenesis.

Storage
The products are shipped with ice pack and can be stored at -20℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
2-7 days, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3-6 months, -20 to -80 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
