Recombinant Human EGFR/HER1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Leu25-Ser645.

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 69.68 kDa. And it migrates as 90-110 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Purity

> 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Endotoxin

< 1 EU per 1 μg of the protein by the LAL method.

Storage

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
