Specifications
Source |
Mouse CD8 alpha/CD8A Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Lys28-Tyr196.[Accession | P01731-1] |
Molecular Weight |
The protein has a predicted MW of 20 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 32-42 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result. |
Endotoxin |
<1EU per μg by the LAL method. |
Purity |
> 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC |
Formulation |
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. |
Reconstitution |
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. |
Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
