Source |
Biotinylated Human DKK1 C terminal Domain Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Met178-His266.[Accession | O94907] |
Molecular Weight |
The protein has a predicted MW of 38.69 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-55 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. |
Endotoxin |
Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. |
Purity |
> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE |
Activity |
ELISA Data: Immobilized Anti-DKK1 Antibody, hFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human DKK1 C terminal Domain, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 19.7ng/ml determined by ELISA .Immobilized Human LRP-6, mFc Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human DKK1 C terminal Domain, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.85ug/ml determined by ELISA. |
Formulation |
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM NaAc, 150mM NaCl (pH 5.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. |
Reconstitution |
Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 20mM NaAc, 150mM NaCl (pH 5.0). |
Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
