ELISA Data: Immobilized Human SIRP alpha V2, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-SIRP alpha Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 4.0ng/ml determined by ELISA.Immobilized Human SIRP alpha V2, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Reconstitution |

Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3-6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
