Source

Biotinylated Human ULBP-2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Gly26-Ser217.[Accession | Q9BZM5]

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 24.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-40 kDa based on SDS-PAGEresult.

Endotoxin

<1EU per μg by the LAL method.

Purity

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Biotinylated Human ULBP-2, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5μg/ml). Dose response curve for Human NKG2D, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 1.4μg/ml determined by ELISA.

Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
