Description
CD30 is a cell membrane protein of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family that regulates proliferation/apoptosis and antibody responses, and is expressed by activated T cells and B cells. CD30 is considered to be a specific diagnostic biomarker for anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), and also a biomarker for antibody-drug conjugate targeted therapy.

Source |
The protein has a predicted MW of 39 kDa. And it migrates as 40-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. |
Purity |
> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Endotoxin |
<1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method. |
Formulation |
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). |
Reconstitution |
Centrifuge tubes before opening. The concentration of protein solution used for lyophilization is generally 1mg/mL. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile water to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 μg/mL. |
