描述
2×Hieff™ PCR Master Mix 是一种即用的常规 PCR 预混液，包括 Hieff™ Taq DNA Polymerase (Cat#10101)、dNTP mix、MgCl2 及优化的缓冲液，反应时只需加入引物和模板即可进行扩增，大大简化了实验的操作步骤。
本产品含有优良的稳定剂，可在4°C下保存3个月。PCR产物有3'-dA突起，可轻松克隆到T载体中。
