描述
NTP套装溶液包含四种独立溶液（ATP、CTP、UTP、GTP）。本产品采用超纯水配制，用高纯NaOH溶液调节pH值为7.0，浓度为100mmol/L（100mmol/L）。纯度≥99%（HPLC），无DNase和RNase污染。本产品常用于PCR、qPCR、RT-PCR、RT-qPCR、cDNA合成、DNA测序等常规分子生物学反应。
