描述
dUTP，即2'-脱氧尿苷5'-三磷酸，在PCR、qPCR、RT-PCR和RT-qPCR中常用来代替dTTP，使扩增产物中含有尿嘧啶。在扩增反应体系中加入UDG，可以去除被污染的扩增产物中的尿嘧啶，从而避免产生假阳性。
本产品为溶液钠盐形式，用超纯水配制，用高纯度NaOH溶液调节pH值为7.0，浓度为100mmol/L。
dUTP纯度≥99%（HPLC），无DNase和RNase污染，本产品为即用型，可直接用于PCR等常规分子生物学反应。
