描述
YeaRed 是一种独特的油性大分子，不能穿透细胞膜进入细胞，不易挥发和升华，人体不会吸入。Ames 试验结果也表明，YeaRed 在凝胶染色浓度下完全没有致突变性，是一种安全无毒的核酸染料。YeaRed 具有与 EB 相同的光谱特性，无需更换滤光片和观察装置（普通紫外凝胶透照仪），300nm 的紫外光激发检测就已足够。YeaRed 适用于琼脂糖和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中的 dsDNA、ssDNA 和 RNA 染色，可采用胶染法或气泡染法染色，使用非常方便灵活。
