描述
希夫™ Gold T4 DNA Ligase在ATP为辅酶时，能催化dsDNA平端或粘端处相邻核酸的5'磷酸端与3'羟基端形成磷酸二酯键，也能催化RNA与双链的ssDNA或ssRNA连接，但不能催化完全单链核苷酸之间的连接。
本产品适用于标记RNA的3'末端、环化RNA和DNA寡核苷酸、克隆cDNA等。
