描述
核糖核酸酶A（RNase A）是一条含有4个二硫键的单链多肽，分子量约为13.7kDa。RNase A是一种内切核糖核酸酶，能特异性地在C和U残基处降解单链RNA。具体来说，其切割识别核苷酸的5'-核糖与相邻嘧啶核苷酸的3'-核糖上的磷酸基形成的磷酸二酯键，从而使2'，3'-环状磷酸酯水解为相应的3'-核苷磷酸酯（例如，pG-pG-pC-pA-pG被RNase A切割生成pG-pG-pCp和A-PG）。RNase A在切割单链RNA方面最活跃。建议工作浓度为1-100μG/mL，与各种反应体系兼容。低盐浓度（0-100 mM NaCl）可以切割单链RNA、双链RNA以及RNA-DNA杂交形成的RNA链，但在高盐浓度（≥0.3 M）下，RNase A仅特异性地切割单链RNA。
RNase A最常用于质粒DNA或基因组DNA制备过程中RNA的去除。制备过程中DNase是否活性易影响反应，可用传统的水浴煮沸方法灭活DNase活性。本产品不含DNase和蛋白酶，使用前无需热处理。此外，本产品还可用于RNase保护分析、RNA序列分析等分子生物学实验。
