描述
GoldBand™ DL2,000 DNA Marker 由 6 个双链 DNA 片段组成（100、250、500、750、1,000、2,000 bp）。由于本产品已预混 1× 上样染料，因此可直接用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳。1,000 bp 片段的浓度为 125 ng/5μL，其他片段的浓度为 50 ng/5μL。本产品适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳中 DNA 片段的分析，不建议用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。
